Parents must register a parental responsibility agreement. It is a legal document in which the mother and father of a child agree that the father has parental responsibility in addition to the mother. This requires the written consent of all those who have parental responsibility for the child or leave from the court. However, the resident may automatically withdraw the child for a period of less than one month.
